With every journal purchased, a free membership to a facilitated online Carers Community is offered.  You can claim this or opt to gift it to another.   ​This 56-page journal includes:

• Carer interviews,

• Journalling exercises

• Links to support services and (most importantly)

• A space that is all your own

The prototype of this journal was given to carers in Clunes, Victoria as part of a project led by Clunes Neighbourhood House and funded by the State Government of Victoria, Connecting Carer's Support Program. 

 

The journal has been co-designed by people with lived experience, in loving memory of those they cared for or care for.
