We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction.  In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we offer the following refund policy:

Damaged or Faulty:  If you receive a damaged product, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.  Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the journal to report the issue at hello@yourwrite.com.au.  

Change of Mind:  While we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, we may consider a return if the journal is unopened and in its original condition.  However, please note that a postage and restocking fee may apply.

Standard Shipping:  In Australia via Australia Post.  Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Delivery Time:  Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery within Australia.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
